Trained in 200 hr
Fun Fact: I love to travel, run, cycle, and swim.
My yoga journey officially started in 2013 gravitating towards hot yoga and the traditional 26 hatha postures and their many benefits. My passion is for Gentle and Yin yoga. I find that the practice of yoga brings clarity, calmness and an overall sense of peace to my life. I truly have a passion to share this with everyone. A message that I try to spread is that you do not have to be flexible to do yoga, you just have to be willing. Yoga is a lifestyle and we have so much power in our breath.
I am reaching towards retirement as a management analyst and absolutely enjoy being a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I received my training from Indigo Hot Yoga Center in Raleigh. I have always been a life long fitness and health advocate as early as childhood and through adulthood. Outside of “living” yoga, I love to travel, run, cycle, and swim.
You are invited to join me on the mat where your practice can be tailored to help you stretch your mind and body, thus helping to alleviate stress, and encourage whole body wellness. Namaste!
