Fun Fact: In his free time, Jarett sculpts molten glass into sculptures of trees, flowers, and anything else nature related.

Being an NC native for the majority of my life, I have come to fall in love with the city of oaks after studying biology at N.C State. I enjoy staying active and have found great benefit in combining my passion for nutrition with running, rock climbing, and more recently, hot yoga!
In April 2015, I broke my leg and dislocated my shoulder while rock climbing. After going through extensive physical therapy, I started coming to Indigo on a regular basis and got completely hooked. Hot yoga has been the best form of rehabilitation that I could have possibly imagined – both mentally and physically. I am entirely grateful to Indigo for helping me when I needed it most.

Coming to Indigo has taught me many life lessons that extend far beyond the studio. Being patient, quick to listen, slow to speak, and respecting and acknowledging the good in each and every person are themes that resonate with me through my yoga practice. Namaste.
