Yoga for All

We don’t just say it – our studio reflects it. We believe yoga is for all in our community.

Our students range from 14 – 70 years old. And we have a great mix of men and women. Together we transform impressions of who practices yoga.

We provide a place that allows transformation of mind, body and heart. Every week, we have a community class so all can experience hot yoga. Whatever your skill level or background, meet us on the mat.

Yep, almost half our students are male. Everyday they practice on the mat and transform classic perceptions of yoga practitioners.

Yoga postures, or asanas, work your body internally and externally. It strengthens your joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments. With consistency, it has been shown to support psychological health such as reduction in stress, anxiety and depression.

The practice brings vital balance and restoration. Consistency will create a physical, mental and spiritual harmony that will be felt in all areas of your life.
