Fun Fact: Mary started doing yoga at the age of 14.
I started practicing yoga at the age of 14 but really deepened on my practice after back surgery at the age of 29. I see yoga as a means for exploring the body and expanding the understanding of self. My classes focus on using the breath and the body as a tool to help train the mind to attach to thoughts that serve individuals’ purposes. Learning and practicing with and from my friends and peers has been one of my greatest joys.
