Fun Fact: Juli played soccer from age 5 and up to college level.
She was a dancer for 15 years when she was younger and loves to run half marathons/trial runs.
Hot yoga has been my inner peace and has helped me in many ways. I have had anxiety in my life for some time now and going to Indigo has helped me see a different perspective about life. All of the teachers are amazing and will welcome anyone with a kind soul into their community. I started doing hot yoga many years ago and have been a part of the Indigo family since 2012. My husband bought me a years subscription for Christmas one year and I never looked back.
I am a Freelance Graphic Designer with a background in Social Media and Marketing. When the position became available in doing marketing for Indigo, I was beyond grateful to be even more of a part of this amazing community.
I am a graduate of the Art Institute of Raleigh/Durham with a BA in Graphic Design. Before that I went to Savannah College of Art and Design and played soccer at the college level. I am also a runner. I try to do a half marathon a year and do plenty of trail runs around the triangle. Hot yoga not only helps my body by stretching and strengthening, it is the best mental health for the mind and soul.
One of my favorite yoga quotes is “Yoga is like life. It is a balance of holding on and letting go.” Nothing better describes this to me in life. Namaste.
